Synopsis

"Anything for Now," written and directed by H.R. McDonald and shot by Director of Photography Michael Morlan, is a 90-minute coming of age drama staring Aaron Hallaway as Cory, a quiet film student attempting to cope with depression and the loss of a loved one by making a documentary about a half crazed conspiracy theorist who believes the world is about to descend into major catastrophe. Cory's naïve mysterious nature attracts the attention of Kim, a quirky loner drama student played by Kristin Malko. Her presence in his life leads to a series of events that cause Cory to confront his troubling issues and begin to move forward.

Film Rating

The Producers anticipate an "R" rating from the MPAA for language, drug use, and possible nudity. A similar rating is anticipated from most countries in which the film may be released.

Format

"Anything for Now" is to be shot on Panasonic HVX200 cameras, in High Definition Format, DVCPRO HD. The film will be digitally mastered with the use of Non-Linear digital editing software.

Running Time

The Producers of the film anticipate that the running time will be approximately 90 minutes.

Market

This independent feature film will be directed toward a core audience of Males aged 18-25, and Females aged 18-35.
